Annual refresher updates ½ day

On completion of training, candidates should have demonstrated their competence to:

• Assess the situation in an emergency
• Administer first aid to a casualty who is unconscious and/or in seizure
• Administer CPR
• Administer first aid to a casualty who is wounded or bleeding and/or in shock

The course will also include any updates or changes to relevant first-aid procedures.
(Refreshers are recommended, and not always mandatory (check with your employer/workplace).)

Basic Life Savers course ½ day

Ideal for those working in an establishment as a designated First Aider. This course builds on the key skills from the 1 day course, expanding theoretical knowledge and practical application.
